摘要
针对某化工厂煤运控制系统,介绍了自动监控系统的软硬件构成。该系统的主要任务是设计一套符合煤运控制系统的工艺要求,采用现场总线技术实现监控功能的PLC控制系统。着重研究了利用组态软件WinCC设计工业自动监控系统的方法,并对开发过程中遇到的问题和解决途径进行了讨论,在工程中得到了实现。
According to the cool- transport system in a chemical plant, this paper introduces software and hardware configurations for automation monitor system. This project is designed mainly to a PLC controlling system which according with cooltransport system crafts request and adopting field bus. This paper discusses the methods of designing industrial automation monitor system with configuration software WinCC and ways to resolving problems encountered during the process of development ,and we come true this blue print.
