两种絮凝剂在煤泥水中的絮凝沉降对比试验

摘要 通过对望峰岗选煤厂煤泥水的絮凝沉降对比试验,从自由沉降速度、沉淀物浓度、上清液澄清度、絮凝剂最佳添加量等方面探讨了不同絮凝剂的絮凝效果,并从絮凝剂的添加量、煤泥水特性、双向翻转量筒的力度和速度、聚丙烯酰胺溶液等分析了影响絮凝沉降效果的因素。 Through flocculating settling contrast tests of two types of flocculants in slime water, and from aspects such as free failing velocity, subsidence concentration, clarity of supernatant, and optimum additive amount of flocculant, the flocculating efficiency were discussed. Moreover, elements such as additive amount of flocculant, characteristics of slime water, strength and speed of bidirectional turnover cylinder and polyacrylamide solution were ananlyzed.
