摘要
目的建立盐酸米多君片的溶出度测定法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸米多君片的溶出量。结果在检测波长222nm,样品浓度在5.0μg.mL-1~40μg.mL-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为99.0%(RSD=0.8%)。结论该方法操作简单,迅速。结果准确,可用于盐酸米多君片的溶出度测定。
OBJECTIVE To set a method for determination of solubility of Midodrine hydrochloride tablets. METHODS Determination of solubility of Midodrine hydrochloride tablets by UV. RESULTS The wavelength used in determination was 222nm. The calibration was line in concentration range of 5.0μg·mL^-1-40μg·mL^-1, r = 0. 9999 (n = 5) ; The average recovery was 99.0 % (RSD = 0.8 % ). CONCLUSION The methods in the article was simple and rapid, excellent precision, which can be used as the index of dissolutions.
