摘要
目的了解成都地区住院产妇在孕期参加产前教育的现状及需求,为更好地开展产前教育提供科学依据。方法抽取成都地区20家医院中的750例住院产妇进行问卷调查,内容包括:在孕期是否参加过产前教育、没有参加的原因、对产前教育内容及方法等方面的需求等。结果74.42%的产妇在孕期参加了产前教育,25.58%的产妇从未参加过产前教育;产妇最希望学习的内容为新生儿护理,最愿意在周末白天、参加小班学习;产妇的文化程度、家庭人均月收入、是否有分娩经历及产前检查次数是影响产妇在孕期参加产前教育的主要因素。结论创新产前教育的方法和内容是吸引孕妇参加产前教育的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the status and demands of prenatal education among pregnant women,and to provide reference for better prenatal education. Methods A total of 750 pregnant women were recruited from 20 hospitals in Chengdu and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results 74.42% of the pregnant women had participated the prenatal education,25.58% of them didn't take even one prenatal class. The most preferred knowledge was newborn care.They most preferred to take prenatal classes at weekends in small group. The women's educational level,family income, delivery experience and times of prenatal check-up were the key factors to affect the participation in the prenatal education. Conclusions It is suggested to innovate the contents and means of prenatal education in order to attract the pregnant women to participate prenatal education actively.
