摘要
目的研究颈外径路茎突截短术治疗茎突综合征的疗效,观察直接数字X线成像系统(direct dig-ital X-ray imaging,DR)测量茎突的可靠性。方法对136例茎突综合征患者,采用DR测量茎突长度、方位。颈外径路行茎突截短术,术后进行临床观察和评价。结果136例患者均切口感染,无面瘫、涎瘘等并发症。随访半年以上,有效125例,有效率为92%,痊愈117例,痊愈率为86%。结论DR测量茎突的长度及方位可靠,颈外径路行茎突截短术治疗茎突综合征疗效显著,手术操作简单安全。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of extraoral approach styloidectomy on styloid process syndrome and to observe the confidence of direct digital X-ray imaging （DR） in the measurement of styloid process. Methods Data of 136 patients with stylohyoid syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Both the length and the direction of styloid process was measured with DR. The effect of extraoral approach styloidectomy was investigated. Results No infection of ineisional wound, facial palsy, salivary fistula and so on was observed. All patients were followed up for 6 months. The effective rate was 92% （ 125 cases） and the cure rate was 86% （ 117 cases ）. Conclusions The measurement of the length and the direction of styloid process with DR was reliable through extraoral approach. Styloidectomy by extraoral approach was an effective and simple method for the cure of the disease.
