摘要
目的探讨内镜下耳后下径路茎突截短术的临床应用效果。方法入选我院2016年1月至2019年7月收治的茎突综合征患者44例,随机分为对照组和观察组各22例。对照组采用口内径路扁桃体窝茎突截短术治疗,观察组采用内镜下耳后下径路茎突截短术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、截短长度、术中出血量、手术时间、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.91%,显著高于对照组的63.64%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的截短长度显著长于对照组,术中出血量、手术时间和VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内镜下耳后下径路茎突截短术治疗茎突综合征具有显著的临床疗效,可减少术中出血,加快患者康复。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of endoscopic styloidectomy through retroauricular approach.Methods 44 patients with styloid process syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 22 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tonsillar pit styloidectomy through intraoral approach, and the observation group was treated with endoscopic styloidectomy through retroauricular approach. The curative effect, length of amputation, intraoperative blood loss volume, operation time, pain visual analogue scale(VAS) score and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 90.91%, significantly higher than 63.64% of the control group(P<0.05). The length of amputation of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss volume, operation time and VAS score were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Endoscopic styloidectomy through retroauricular approach for the treatment of styloid process syndrome has significant clinical efficacy, which can reduce the intraoperative blood loss, and accelerate the recovery of patients.
