摘要
利用Mastercam软件进行圆锥正弦槽凸轮的三维造型与数控编程,避免了利用解析计算方法繁琐的编程过程,保证了凸轮的设计精度和加工精度,解决了传统设计与手工编程不能满足复杂、高精度凸轮数控加工需求的问题。
Three-dimensional modeling and numerical control programmer of the Sine groove Cone Cam was done by Mastercam, the precision of design and machining was ensured, which avoid the cumbersome process of using analytical method. The problem of not satisfying with the need of numerical control machining of cam with complexity and high precision were solved.
