摘要
主要介绍了通过Mastercam进行电话机凹凸模型腔的曲面造型的设计,然后进行计算机模拟加工,通过刀路模拟、实体验证等操作,确定加工过程的正确性。然后通过Mastercam的后处理功能生成NC程序,将生成的NC程序通过局域网传输给数控机床进行实体DNC数控加工。为了保证加工的精度与加工效率,必须安排合理的加工工艺。
The three- dimensional curve surface molding about concave convex moulds for telephone were designed in Mastercam, computer simulation, back plot and entity verifies also were operated. When confirming the exactness of the processing course, the NC program was created through the post of Mastercam, and was transmitted to NC mill to go on entity DNC Machining through LAN. To ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the process, the technology must be arranged reasonably.
