摘要
本文针对异步轧制这一新工艺进行了金属三维流动及轧辊弹性变形的数值解析研究。建立了搓轧区内的微分方程和差分方程,并借助计算机计算了三个异步速比,两种压下率的变形区三向应力及横向切应力的分布情况,通过对计算结果的分析,阐明了张力水平,异步速比对板形质量的影响规律。
In the paper,it is presented that the theoretical analysis for predicting the 3-dimensional distri-boution of the metal flow and the deformation of rolls during rolling in a new technological process,Cross Shear Rolling.The differential and difference equations of the cross shear deformation zone are set up.By the computer,the distribution of 3-dimensional compressive stress and flow stress are calculated in 3-ratio of revolution and 2-percentage reduction.With analysing the result of calculation,it is sure that the shape quality is influenced by the tension level and the ratio of revolution.
