摘要
通过分析无刷直流电机定子绕组匝间短路故障原理,建立其数学模型。利用小波变换的能量与原始信号的能量之间存在着等价关系及小波包分析良好的全频带分解特性,将匝间短路故障信号进行小波包分解,计算出各频带所占能量,进而获取能量分布形式的早期匝间短路故障特征。仿真结果表明此种方法简洁有效。
The mathematical model of brushless DC motor is established through the analysis of the fault principle of stator windings. For the advantage of the full-band characteristics decomposition of wavelet analysis and by the use of the equivalent energy relationship between wavelet transform and the original signal, inter-turn short-circuit signal is decomposed by wavelet packet, the energy of every band are calculated, and then early feature of inter-turn short-circuit is obtained in the form of energy distributions. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation results.
