摘要
将小波分析方法中的尺度谱和相位谱引入设备故障 诊断领域,详细介绍了小波尺度谱和相位谱的定义,通过 对仿真数据的分析介绍了尺度谱和相位谱的特性,发现它 们较传统的频谱分析更适用于非线性信号的分析,并总结 了在实际应用小波尺度谱和相位谱时应注意的问题。最后 着重用小波尺度谱和相位谱对碰摩故障的仿真数据和试验 数据进行分析,结果表明小波尺度谱和相位谱在碰摩故障 数据的分析方面具有明显的优势,它能更好地揭示碰摩故 障信号的频率结构,并分析得出碰摩信号一些故障特征。
The present study is to introduce the scalogram and the wavelet phase spectrum to the field of the fault diagnosis for the rotary machine. At first, the definition of the scalogram and the wavelet phase spectrum are introduced in detail, then, their characteristics are illustrated through analyzing three simulation signals. It shows that the wavelet scalogram and the wavelet phase spectrum are more suitable to the analysis of the non-linear signals than the classical FFT spectrum. Some problems about using the scalogram and the phase spectrum are put forward. Finally, the simulation and experiment data of the rub-impact fault are analyzed by the scalogram and the wavelet phase spectrum, and the results indicate that the scalogram and the phase spectrum have distinct advantages at analyzing the signals of rub fault; it can reveal the frequent structure of the signals better. Some new fault features of the rub fault are given.
