摘要
目的:建立测定夫西地酸眼用乳剂含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为0.01mol/L磷酸溶液-乙腈-甲醇(16∶64∶20);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为235nm;柱温为40℃。结果:夫西地酸在20~120mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.57%,RSD为1.53%。结论:本方法专属性强、操作简便、结果准确,可用于夫西地酸眼用乳剂的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Fusidic Acid Ophthalmic Emulsion. Methods: The separation was performed on Diamonsil C1s column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was 0.01 mol/L phosphonie acid-acetonitrile-methanol(16:64:20) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was set at 235 nm and column temperature was 40℃. Results: The calibration curve of fusidic acid was linear within the concentration range of 20-120 mg/L,r=0.999 6. The average recovery rate of fusidic acid was 99.57% with a RSD of 1.53%. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and specific. It can be used to determine the content of Fusidic Acid Ophthalmic Emulsion.
