摘要
目的建立夫西地酸钠原料高效液相色谱法含量测定的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil((钻石)C18(250×4.6 mm5μm),流动相:0.05 mol/L磷酸-乙腈-甲醇(40∶50∶10);检测波长:235nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果夫西地酸钠的进样量在0.379~30.35μg范围内,与其峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),高中低3种浓度的加样回收率为99.34%~100.66%,相对标准差(RSD)为0.17%~0.76%。结论方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于夫西地酸钠原料的含量测定。
