摘要
介绍了ABB UVISOR系列火焰检测系统在华润电力登封有限公司(华润登封电厂)一期2×300 MW机组锅炉上的应用情况。针对锅炉运行中出现的燃烧器结焦影响火检探头视线、煤质差挥发分降低和一次风温度低导致燃烧黑区延长的问题,对该火焰检测系统进行了优化调试。结果表明,如果能够利用MFD的4套参数自动优化功能,引入不同负荷自动调用不同参数功能,该火检系统会更好地满足运行要求。
The application of ABB UVISOR flame detecting system on boilers of 2 ×300 MW units in Henan Huarun Dengfeng Power Plant has been presented. Directing against the problems occurred in boiler operation, such as slagging on burners affecting the line of vision from flame-detecting probe, decreasing volatile content in fuel coal and low temperature of the primary air leading to lengthening the black zone of combustion etc. ,an optimization debugging has been carriedout for this flame detecting system. The optimization debugging shows that the said flame detecting system can more excellently satisfy the requirements in operation, if the automatic optimizing function of four-set parameters in MFD can be used,introducing the function of automatically calling different parameters into the system according to different loads.
