摘要
给水除氧直接影响锅炉和电厂热力设备的使用寿命与运行可靠性。介绍了工业锅炉和不同参数发电机组对锅炉给水及凝结水的含氧量要求;总结了工业锅炉和电厂热力系统中除氧技术的应用状况;分析了常用除氧技术的特点;总结了影响热力除氧器除氧效果的主要因素,以期为热力除氧器的设计与运行提供参考。
Feed water deaeration has an direct effect on the operating life and reliability of the boiler and the thermal power system. In this paper, the demands of dissolved oxygen in feed water and condensate water for industrial boilers and power stations have been discussed. The application of deaerating technologies in industrial boilers and power stations has been summarized. The main features of different deaerating technologies have been analyzed. The main factors influencing deaerating efficiency of thermal deaerators have been summarized, which will give a reference for the design and operation of thermal deaerators.
