摘要
在熟悉电厂热力设备的维修事项及基本维修工艺流程的基础上,提出了以实现维修规划安排为目的,根据实际工程进度的变化情况作出相应的自动调整的维修管理框架,并对进度管理过程中的关键算法进行了深入的分析和研究。最后,以Visual C++6.0为基本的开发工具,综合利用数据库、系统基本类库等设计方法,开发了汽轮机计算机维修管理系统(CMMS)。
On the basis of knowing the maintenace items and basic maintenance technological process of thermal pewer equipments in power plants,taking the realization of planned arrangement in maintenance as the purpose,a maintenance management framwork,in which corresponding automatic ajustment can be made according to the variation of actual progress schedule in the project, has been put forward, and the key algorithms in management process of the progress schedule being thoroughly analysed and studied. Finally, taking Visual C++6.0 as basic development means, and comprehensively using design methods, such as data- base, and systematic fundamental class bank etc. ,a maintenance management system of the steam turbine has been developed.
