新型同步式软化除氧装置的研制

摘要 试验研制成功的锅炉给水同步式软化除氧装置,改变了传统的软化除氧过程分别设置、分别进行的模式.通过中试试验,研究了影响除氧效果的主要因素,确定了在不同进水条件下的最佳运行参数及除氧剂Na2SO3的最小投量.即:当进水总硬度≤6 mmol/L时,无需投加催化剂,Na2SO3最小投加比kmin=1.3,最佳流速25-30 m/h;当进水总硬度〉6 mmol/L时,需额外投加催化剂CoCl2 1 mg/L,而最佳流速为20-30 m/h.出水硬度和溶解氧含量均可满足《工业锅炉水质》(GB 1576—2001)标准的规定,为工业化应用奠定了基础. A synchronous devices of the boiler feed water-softening deoxidization was developed successfully,and the traditional process that softened deoxidization was carried on respectively was changed..Through the pilot experiment, the main factors about deoxidized effect were studied. Under different flow conditions,the best operating parameters and the minimum dosage of deoxidant Na2SO3 were determined. That is: when the influent total hardness≤6 mmol/L, no catalyst was needed, the smallest dosage ratio kmin of catalyst Na2SO3 was 1.3,and the best velocity is 25-30 m/h;when the influent total hardness)6 mmol/ L, additional catalyst COCl2 1 mg/L was needed, and the best velocity is 20-30 m/h. Based on the standard about(industrial boiler water)(GB 1576-2001), water hardness and dissolved oxygen content can be satisfied,and the foundation of industrial application can be laid.
