摘要
对亚硫酸型除氧树脂的耐高温性能进行考察,用气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用对除氧树脂的高温分解产物进行定性、定量分析,确定其高温分解产物三甲胺和己内酰胺,同时对产物的分解机理及来源进行研究。本文的结果对于需要在高温下运行的除氧树脂的选择、生产及使用,有较好的基础研究价值。
The heat-resistant performance of sulfurous acid type deoxidizing resin was examined in this paper.The heat-decomposing products were characterized and quantitatively analysed by GC and GC-MS.Trimethylamine and caprolactam were detected.The heat-decomposing mechanism was discussed.The results were valuable for the choice,synthesis,and use of deoxidizing resin in high temperature environment.
