摘要
目的在扫描电镜下对采集于河南、河北、湖北和贵州四省共14个居群栝楼花粉形态进行观察,为栝楼种质资源多样性研究提供参考。方法利用扫描电镜,对不同居群栝楼花粉粒大小、形态及表面纹饰和萌发沟形态等方面进行观测,并对结果进行聚类分析。结果14个居群栝楼花粉均为扁球形或近球形,花粉表面纹饰均呈穴状。不同居群在极轴长、赤道轴长、赤极比、孔穴密集程度以及萌发沟形态上有所差异。结论花粉形状和表面纹饰是不同居群作为同种植物所具备的共同特征;花粉大小及萌发沟形态的差异则体现出不同居群的差异,可以作为栝楼种质资源多样性的佐证。
Objective To study the biodiversity of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.. Methods The pollen morphology of 14 different geographical populations were observed under scanning electronic microscope (SEM). Results We found that different populations were similar in shape and surface ornamentation, but different in body size and germinator. Conclusion The results indicated that the morphology of shape and surface ornamentation is the common character of T. kirilowii, and the difference in size and germinator between geographical populations shows the species biodiversity.
