栝楼的根段及根尖培养与器官发生 被引量:10

Organogenesis in Root Segments and Root Tips of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxin

摘要 离体培养栝楼的根段和根尖均能诱导产生不定芽.其发生部位在根尖端的0~3mm以内;最佳条件为:从茎尖或茎节段在含有NAAlmg/L的MS固体培养基上8d产生的不定根上截取长约0.5cm的根尖,接种在MS+BA4mg/L的培养基上光下培养,可长出不定芽. Organogenesis duning the culture of root segents and root tips of Trichosan-thes kirilowii Maxin is reported. First, adventitions buds were induced in cultured excised root Segments and root tips, and the initiatedplace is on the root tips from 0 to 3 mm. Moreover, having Studied the factor of effecting adventious buds initiation and development. The best conidion of inducing adventitious buds is bellow: when shoot tip or stem node segments cultured on MS medium supplemented with NAA(1mg/L), after 8 days, adventitious root can be produced. Then cuting the root tips about 0. 5 cm and transferred to medium of MS+BA4mg/L,on the conidition of culturing of lighting, 12 hours everyady after 15-30 days,adventitious buds can be induced and develooped.
