动脉置管热灌注化疗治疗胰腺癌的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察介入热化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法将30例中晚期胰腺癌患者,分为两组,实验组行介入热化疗,对照组行常规介入化疗。比较两组肿瘤客观疗效、累积生存率、中位生存期、临床受益反应及毒副反应。结果实验组与对照组肿瘤客观疗效分别为57.1%和37.5%。临床受益反应有效率为85.7%和75%。疼痛缓解率为100%和75%。6月、9月、1年累积生存率分别为92.9%和75%;85.7%和50%;21.4%和12.5%。结论介入热化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌疗效优于常规介入化疗,是治疗中晚期胰腺癌的一种安全有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of interventional transarterial thermochemotherapy on the intermediate and advanced pancreatic cancer patients. Methods Thirty patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in experimental group were treated with interventional thermo-chemotherapy; patients given conventional nal chemo-therapy come of those two the percentage of treatment, favored in control group were transarterial interventioalone. Therapeutic outgroups were analyzed for tumor responded to the clinical response and side effects, cumulative survival rate and median survival time. Results The experimental group showed the tumor response rate of 57.1% vs. 37.5% of control group, the clinically favored response rate of 85.7% vs. 75.0%, the pain relief rate of 100% vs. 75.0%. The thermo-chemo therapy also yielded 6, 9, 12-month survival rate at 92.9%, 85.7% and 21.4% in the experimental group vs. 75%, 50% and 12. 5% in the chemotherapy treatment alone group, respectively. Conclusion In comparison with transarterial chemotherapy treatment alone, interventional transarterial thermo-chemotherapy can deliver superior therapeutic results and could be a safe and effective treatment of intermediate and advaneed pancreatic cancer.
