摘要
目的:探讨胰腺癌的经动脉数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)表现。方法:对胰腺癌22例进行DSA检查,并分析其影像表现。结果:本组22例中,表现为胰周动脉浸润5例(受累动脉僵直、成角、推移及管腔狭窄);门静脉狭窄1例;病灶区域浅淡染色7例;肝内单发或多发转移结节7例。结论:DSA可以清晰显示胰腺癌患者胰周血管浸润、病灶及肝脏转移结节情况,为临床选择治疗方案提供参考。
Objective：To study the image characteristics of pancreatic carcinomas by using digital subtraction angiography（DSA）.Methods： DSA was performed on 22 patients with pancreatic carcinomas,and the images were studied.Results： Of the 22 patients,there were five patients with arterial involvement,one patient with portal vein involvement,seven patients with tumor staining,and seven patients with hepatic metastasis.Conclusion： DSA may show vascular involvement,tumor staining,and hepatic metastasis accurately,which is valuable in prior treatment assessment for patients with pancreatic carcinomas.
