摘要
在目前世界上的大国与非洲关系中,中国对非洲的关系在缘起和演变上都有着自己的独特之处,对世界产生了无可比拟的重大影响,具有明显的建构意义。自20世纪50年代中期中国与埃及建交以来,中国与非洲国家之间的友好合作关系长足发展,不断迈向历史新高。中非关系超越西方传统国际关系利益至上和权力控制的价值取向与思维逻辑,建构起国际关系新模式,从而既推动了国际关系民主化,又促进了非洲的发展,同时传播和实践着中国的"和谐世界"理念,为建构和谐世界做出了重大贡献。
Sino-African relationship is unique both in its origin and evolution and plays an important role on the world stage. Since the establishment of Sino-Egyptian diplomatic relations in the 1950s,traditional,friendly and cooperative relations between China and African countries have developed rapidly. Transcending interest first in Western traditional international relations concept and logic of thinking,Sino-African relations have created a new model in international relations,featuring equality,peaceful coexistence and friendly cooperation. This promotes African development and the democratization in international relations. It also implements China's concept of 'harmonious world' ,thus contributing to the construction of a harmonious world.
