摘要
目的:探讨用超声提取法提取天麻中天麻素的工艺条件,为超声提取在工业生产中的应用积累参数。方法:以天麻素的含量及提取率为指标,用正交试验法对天麻的超声提取工艺进行优选,确定最佳的提取工艺条件。结果:最佳工艺条件为60目粒度的药材加70%乙醇溶液经浸泡12 h后超声提取两次,每次45 min。结论:超声提取法对有效成分的提取率比常规法高,并大大地缩短了提取时间。
