天山花楸果实中黄酮的超声提取工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Extraction Technology about Flavone from Fruits of Sorbus Tianschanica with Orthogonal Design

摘要 目的:为探究提取分离天山花楸中黄酮的最佳工艺,采用超声提取工艺,运用正交设计L9(33)对天山花楸果实中的有效成分黄酮提取工艺进行了优化。方法:并采用紫外分光光度法测定提取物品中黄酮含量。结果表明:天山花楸果实最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇,超声提取时间30min,料液体积比为1∶10。 objective: The ultrasonic extraction technology of the flavone from fruits of Sorbus tianschanica was optimized with L9 (3^3) experiment alorthogonal design. The content of flavone extracted in different conditions was determined by Ultraviolet method to obtain the best methods for the extraction of flavone from fruits of Sorbus tianschanica. Methods. The orthogonal experimental result showed that the optimum conditions were 60% ethanol as solventis used to extrac flavone from leaves and fruits, optimum extraction time is 30 min, the Volume of solvent is 1 : 10. The optimum preparation procedure established in this paper may provide a technical reference for extraction of the extraction technology Sorbus tianschanica .
