摘要
本文对菱锰矿酸浸过程产生亚铁离子的氧化行为进行了系统的工艺研究,并对氧化反应机理进行了探讨。结果表明,以双氧水作氧化剂,亚铁离子氧化效果很好,锰浸出液经双氧水氧化后,溶液残存的Fe2+为痕量。
The oxidation technique of Fe 2+ in the leaching of a manganese carbonate ore is studied systematically in this paper. The oxidation reaction mechanism is also discussed. It shows that oxidation results are satisfactory with H 2O 2 as oxidation agent. The Fe 2+ content remained in the leaching solution is decreased below 0.005 g/L.
