摘要
研究了用硫酸从贵州某高铁菱锰矿中浸出锰和铁,考察了酸浸时间、液固体积质量比、矿酸质量比、温度对锰和铁浸出率的影响。结果表明:在浸出温度70℃、浸出时间6h、液固体积质量比5∶1、矿酸质量比1∶0.6条件下,锰浸出率达96.78%,铁浸出率为43.15%。
Leaching of manganese and iron from a high iron rhodochrosite from Guizhou Provice using sulfuric acid was studied. The effects of leaching time, ratio of liquid-to-solid, mass ratio of ore-to- sulfuric acid, temperature on leaching of manganese and iron were examined. The results show that under the conditions of leaching temperature of 70 ℃ ,leaching time of 6 h,ratio of liquid-to-solid of 5 : 1,mass ratio of ore-to-sulfuric acid of 1 : 0. 6, the leaching of manganese is about 96. 78%, and leaching of iron is about 43.15%.
