摘要
根据锅炉燃烧过程中节能和环保要求,文中介绍了一种采用热量为寻优指标变步长的风煤比自寻优控制算法,给出了利用被控对象极值特性的模糊控制策略的寻优原理和实施方法。仿真实验和现场运行表明:该方法的适应性和鲁棒性较强,保证了锅炉在不同工况下的经济燃烧,提高了锅炉的燃烧效率。
This paper introduced the self-optimal control method to blast-coal ration which adopted heating as the seeking-optimal guide become step, according to the requirement of saving energy and environment protection during boiler burning. It presented the seeking-optimizing principle and implement based on fuzzy control, making used of extremum function for controlled object. The simulation experiment and field operating indicated that the method has strong adaptability and robustness, it guarantees the boiler' s economical combust under different working condition, and improves the combust efficiency.
