摘要
通过收集被试成功比赛前的行为信息,帮助运动员设计赛前行为程序。通过心理技能训练,运动员的呼吸放松能力、注意力集中能力和表象能力都有提高。通过评价被试技能操作绩效和干预后访谈,说明行为程序的设计和实施对被试技能表现水平的提高是有效的。
In this case study, in order to help divers set a pre-eornpetition routine, this paper collected some information about their behavior in the successful competition. The mental training effectively helped the diver improving their abilities of relaxation, concentration and imagery. The improvement of performance and the subjective interview shows that the preompeti- tion routine is effective.
