摘要
以个案研究的方式,通过训练运动员掌握赛前3 min行为程序,帮助其调整赛前竞技状态。结果表明:以自我谈话、呼吸放松、表象组成的系统的赛前行为程序,对运动员提高比赛成绩有积极的影响。行为程序各成分的心理训练进度安排对行为程序的训练具有较大的影响。赛前行为程序对南拳运动员成绩的提高具有促进作用。
The paper is the case study which helps the athletes adjust the preperforrnance state by training them to grasp the 3 - minute before preperformance routine. The result indicated that the preperforrnance routine composed of self talk, deep breath relaxing and the imagery in idea forming system which has the positive influence on enhancing athletes' competition. The progress arrangement in various ingredients psychological training of routine has the great influence on the routine training. The preperformance routine has the positive affect for the south martial arts athlete.
