摘要
通过婴儿双歧杆菌发酵液对几种致病菌生长抑制作用的研究，得出了婴儿双歧杆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、甲型付伤寒杆菌、乙型付伤寒杆菌、埃希氏大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、变形杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌的生长繁殖有明显的抑制作用，其抑制机理是有机酸和抗菌类物质。婴儿双歧杆菌对白色念珠菌生长抑制的最低浓度为１０５ｃｆｕ／ｍｌ。
The growth inhibition of some pathogens by the fermented liquor of Bifidobacteria infantis were studied. The results indicated that growth of staphytococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, salmonella partyphi A, salmonella partyphi B, escherichia coli, candida albicans, proteus unlgaris, shigellae flexneri were inhibited by B. infantis. The inhibition mechanisms were some organic acids and antibacterial substances in fermented liquor of B. infantis. The miximum concentration of B.infantis was 105 cfu/ml in inhibited growth of candida albicans.
