摘要
根据掘进机的工作特点、数字液压缸的工作性能及被截割的煤岩特性,设计了一种模糊算法。通过对工作机构进给速度的模糊PID控制来实现对截割电机的恒功率控制,对断面煤岩不同的分布情况自动调节进给速度,达到降低功率损失、提高工作效率和实现自动化的目的。
According to the working characteristics of the roadhearder, the working features of the digital hydraulic cylinder and the characteristics of the cut coal and rock, a kind of fuzzy arithmetic has been designed. It can realize the constant-power control of the cutting electromotor by feedingspeed fuzzy PID control of the working mechanism. And it can automatically adjust the feeding speed with different distributions of the sectional coal and rock in order to reduce the power loss, promote the efficiency aM realize automation.
