摘要
数字式6-DOF运动平台在起动、换向及低速运行时存在抖动或振动冲击等运动不平稳现象,本文从低速摩擦力特性、数字伺服步进液压缸的结构特征,以及6组数字液压缸在并联平台运动中不同的工作状态对平台运动的影响等方面进行了定性分析。分析表明,以上因素都是使得平台产生运动不平稳现象的重要因素。分析结果有助于在机械结构设计、加工选型,以及补偿策略等方面提出有针对性的解决方案。
There exist the phenomenons of dithering, vibration or even hydraulic shock in digital 6 - DOF motion platform' s startup, reverse and low- speed motions. Some qualitative analyses were given by considering low speed friction characteristics, structure features of digital servo stepping hydraulic cylinder and effects of 6 digital hydraulic cylinders' different working states in parallel platform motion. It is indicated that these are of important factors causing the bumpy motions of the motion platform. So this helps to present some definite solutions in mechanical structural design, processing , type selection, and compensation strategy.
