摘要
目的：测定中草药天花粉中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca的含量。方法：样品经微波消解，采用火焰原子吸收法测定Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca的含量。结果：该方法快速、简便、准确，回收率为97．87％-103．94％，RSD为0．3175％～1．2226％。结论：天花粉中Ca含量较高，Mn含量极低。
Objective： To determine the content of 5 metal elements （ Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ca） in Radix Triehosanthis. Methods： Sample was digested with microwave digestion system, and was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）. Results：The method is simple,rapid and accurate. The reeovery was 97.87% - 103.94% ,RSD was 0. 3175% - 1. 2226%. Conclusions： The content of Ca in Radix Triehosanthis is high, but the content of Mn is low.
