微波消解—火焰原子吸收法测定聚氯化铝中氧化铝

摘要 目的:建立微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定聚氯化铝中氧化铝的方法。方法:样品经HCl-H2O2微波消解后,添加水溶性有机化合物2-吡啶甲酸作增感剂,用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定聚氯化铝中氧化铝。结果:经微波消解后的样品溶液中添加2-吡啶甲酸可使铝的测定灵敏度提高10倍,铝的含量在0.02 g/L~1.50 g/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为0.02 g/L,样品加标回收率为95.6%~100.8%,RSD为2.0%(液体聚氯化铝)、2.9%(固体聚氯化铝)。结论:本方法精密度和准确度较好,使用化学试剂较少,污染较少,空白值低,定量测定准确,完全满足样品检测的要求。 Objective:To establish the new method for measuring Al2O3 concentration in polyaluminium chloride by Microwave digestion-FAAS.Methods: The samples were digested by microwave and Al2O3 concentrations were determined by Air-C2H2-FAAS with the soluble organic 2-Picolinic acid as the sensitivity-enhanced agent.Results: With the presence of 2-Picolinic acid,the sensitivity was enhanced 10 times.In this method,the perfect lineal relation of Al2O3 concentrations were obtained in the range of 0.02 g/L^1.50 g/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9992.The lowest detection limit was 0.02 g/L,the recoveries got to 95.6%~100.8%,the Relative Standard Deviation were 2.0%(liquid polyaluminium chloride) and 2.9%(solid polyaluminium chloride) respectively.Conclusion: This method gave low blank value and detect limit,high sensitivity,accuracy and precision,with little chemicals and pollution,and fully suited for measuring Al2O3 concentration in polyaluminium chloride.
