摘要
对天花粉近十几年来在性状、显微、理化等方面的真伪鉴别,DNA分子标记、蛋白质等现代鉴别技术的应用,以及天花粉的定量分析研究文献进行了综述,为市售商品天花粉的外观性状和内在质量的鉴定研究提供资料参考。
Literatures about Trichosanthis radix on features,microscopic identification,physicochemical identification,application of modern identification technologies such as DNA molecular markers and protein,quantitative analysis,and so on,in the past decade were analyzed and summarized to provide references for identifying the physicochemical appearance and inherent quality of commercially available trichosanthis radix.
