摘要
目的:探讨保心汤对稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和心率变异性(heart rate variabil-ity,HRV)的影响。方法:82例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,中药组服用常规西药加中药保心汤,常规组服用常规西药。治疗前和治疗4周后分别检测2组血浆VEGF和24h动态心电图HRV的变化。结果:血浆VEGF和HRV治疗前2组比较差异无显著性;治疗后中药组VEGF明显增加(P<0.05),常规组无明显变化;两组均能改善HRV,但中药组改善更加明显(P<0.005)。结论:保心汤能提高血浆VEGF和改善心率变异性,通过促进冠脉侧支循环的建立而达到治疗冠心病及改善预后的目的。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Baoxin decoction on plasma vascular endothelial growth faetor（VEGF） and Heart rate variahility（HRV） in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods： Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups：therapy group and control group. The patients in therapy group were treated with Baoxin decoction and routine treatments,and those in control group were subjected to routine treatments. The levels of plasma VEGF and HRV before and 4 weeks after therapy were measured in these two groups. The curative effectiveness was evaluated. Results： There was no significant difference in plasma VEGF and HRV between two groups before treatment（P〉 0. 05）. After treatment, the levels of VEGF was obviously elevated in therapy group （P〈 0.05）, but no significant changes were found in control group（P〉0.05）, the levels of HRV were obviously elevated in therapy group and control group. （P〈 0.05 or P〈0. 001） ,Compared with control group,the changes of HRV in therapy group were significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Baoxin decoction can elevate the levels of plasma VEGF and improve HRV. It might work through elevating the plasma VEGF and improving HRV of patients,which facilitates building the subordinate circulatory system of coronary,and helps to improve prognosis.
