摘要
目的:观察保心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)的临床疗效。方法:收集符合美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级为II-IV级的CHF住院病人54例,在常规西药治疗的基础上给予保心汤,用药期间记录心悸、胸闷(痛)、气短等发作次数、程度及持续时间,并依据HYHA的功能分级变化评分,每日测脉搏、呼吸、心率、血压;4周后观察疗效。结果:显效11例(21.1%),有效37例(71.2%),总有效48例(92.3%);所有患者的血常规、肝肾功能均无明显影响,全部病例均能耐受,完成疗程。结论:保心汤是临床上治疗CHF的一个安全、疗效确切的方药,其作用机理可能与心室重塑而发挥治疗心衰的作用等多环节因素有关,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective： To observe the function of the Baoxin decoction in treating CHF. Methods： To select 54 patients referred to NYHA II-IV, routing modem medicine therapy plus the Baoxin decoction. Pulse, respiration, heart rate, blood pressure were recorded andeffects was observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results： Effective for 11（21%）, better effective for 37（71.2%）, the total efficiency was 48（92.3%）, other characters were normal. Conclusion： The Baoxin decoction is effective and safe in treating CHF.
