摘要
中药指纹图谱是运用现代分析技术对中药化学信息以图形(图象)的方式进行表征并加以描述的一种综合的、可量化的化学鉴定手段.目前,中药指纹图谱已成为国际上公认的控制中药或天然药物质量的评价模式.介绍了几种常规中药指纹图谱的研究进展,事实表明中药指纹图谱技术成功地解决了中药标准化的核心问题,已经成为科学、客观评价药材质量,优化生产工艺,控制产品质量的最新科技手段.
Fingerprint is a kind of method to show chemical information of traditional Chinese medicines with chromatograms, spectrograms and other graphs by chemical analytical techniques, which is a comprehensive and quantitative chemical identified method. Fingerprint has been an international accepted model to evaluate or control the quality traditional Chinese medicines or some natural drugs. This paper introduced the research progress of some conventional fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicines, and all the studies indicated that fingerprint method solved the key problem of standardization methods for traditional Chinese medicine, which has been the latest technology method to evaluate quality, optimize production technology and control products quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
