摘要
在探讨班级组织性质、自功能性和他功能性的基础上,重申班级的半自治性。班级的自功能性决定了班级事务管理必须注重学生主体性功能的发挥及主体性教育的主要内容,而班级的他功能性也意味着管理者的引导是发挥学生主体性的重要补充。
This article restates the semi -autonomous control in class management based on the analysis of self- function and other - function of elass. Self - function of elass determines that we must pay much attention to exploiting students' prineipal part and to self - education functions of principal part of students . It indicates that instructions from administrators is an important supplement part to exploit students' principal part function in class management.
