摘要
主体性就业指导是指以培养学生的就业主体意识、提高学生的就业自主能力与创造能力为价值取向的就业指导。在高扬人的主体性已成为当今社会主旋律的背景下,实施主体性就业指导是学生自我发展、自身完善的需要,是高校毕业生就业指导工作在新的历史时期的必然选择。实施主体性就业指导必须更新教育观念、加强自主教育、开展职业生涯规划、创新指导方法、丰富指导内容和加强创业教育。
Subjective employment guidance refers to such employment guidance with value tendency to cultivate students＇ subjective consciouness of employment, and to improve soaring of human＇ s subjectivity being the theme of the times, their self-determination ability and creativity. With the carrying out subjective emplyment guidance has been the requirement of students＇ self-development and self-consununation, and necessary choice of university and college graducates＇ employment guidance in the new era. In order to carry out subjective employment guidance, we should renovate education conception, and strenghten the self-determination education, and operate career planning, innovation guidance methods, and enrich guidance content, and intensify the enterprise education.
