摘要
目的研究三叶青4个提取部位对乙肝病毒的抑制作用。方法运用MTT法检测样品药物导致50%细胞死亡的数值浓度为CC50;用ELISA方法检测样品药物达到抑制HbsAg、HbeAg分泌,以及运用荧光定量PCR法检测样品药物抑制病毒DNA复制量的50%时的浓度数值为IC50。结果三叶青4个提取部位对乙肝病毒分泌的HbsAg、HbeAg均有抑制作用。结论三叶青乙酸乙酯部位对乙肝病毒具有较强活性,能明显降低HBV的DNA复制水平,可进一步从中提取分离具有更强生物活性的物质,为新药开发提供物质基础。
To study the effect of four fractions extracted from Radix Tetrastigmae on HBV. METHOD: The level of HBsAg and HBeAg secreted from HepG2.2.15 cells and the copies of DNA which were treated with four samples were detected. RESULT The four fractions from Radix Tetrastigmae showed inhibition activity on HBV. CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate part of Radix Tetrastigmae can significandy restrain the secretion of HBsAg and HbeAg from HepG2.2.15 cells, which can be further researched as new anti-HBV drugs.
