摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板不连续凝胶电泳技术,对湖南湘西3个不同种源地的三叶青的POD同工酶进行了比较分析。结果表明,3个不同种源地的三叶青POD同工酶谱带均含有1条共同的谱带;同一种源地的三叶青POD同工酶酶谱具有一定的器官特异性和稳定性;同一种源地的三叶青茎、叶组织中POD的表达都有一定的差异。不同种源地三叶青的亲缘关系为:较近的小猫儿村三叶青与州党校三叶青的亲缘关系较近,州党校三叶青与永顺三叶青的亲缘关系较远。
The results from analyzing POD isoenzyme of Radix tetrastigmae from three different provenances by polyacrylamide vertical plating discontinuous gel electrophoresis in Hunan showed that the POD isoenzyme bands of Radix tetrastigmae from three different provenances had a common band,the POD isoenzyme zymogram of Radix tetrastigmae from the same provenance had its organ specificity and stability,there was difference in POD expression of stem and leaves of Radix tetrastigmae from the same provenance,the genetic relationship of Radix tetrastigmae between Xiaomaoer and Party school provenances was close,and the genetic relationship of Radix tetrastigmae between Party school and Yongshun provenances was far.
