摘要
三叶青含有黄酮类、多糖类等多种有效成分,具有非常高的药用价值,如具有清热解毒、祛风化痰、活血止痛、抗肿瘤等功效。文章在查阅相关文献的基础上,从生物学性状、理化指标及分子水平系统阐述了目前三叶青种质资源评价方面的研究进展,同时从组织培养与理化诱变两个方面对三叶青种质资源创制方面的研究进行了综述,以期为以后的研究提供参考与思路。
There are containing flavonoids,polysaccharide and other effective ingredients in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum,which have been proved that this medicinal plant has high pharmacological effects,like anti-tumor,protect liver,anti-inflammatory,and so on.In this paper,based on the literature review,the research progress of germplasm resources evaluation was in detail elaborated from the viewpoint of biological traits,physical and chemical indexes and molecular system.Meanwhile,germplasm resources development was also summarized on tissue culture and physical and chemical mutagenesis,which will provide the reference and ideas for future research.
