摘要
针对辽河油田蒸汽驱出现的蒸汽超覆和高渗层过早蒸汽突破现象,分析了各射孔方式的优势和不足,应用数值模拟方法,进行了不同厚度油层射孔方式研究,提出了新的注采井射孔方式。新的方式强调厚油层避射顶部,具体避射比例因厚度不同而定;注汽井按油层渗透率级差确定射孔密度,对与生产井油层连通的差油层适当加密射孔;井组内其他生产井中与注汽井射孔层连通的差油层也相应实施加密射孔。
Engineers at the Liaohe Oilfield encountered steam overlay and early steam breakthrough in high-permeability zones during steam flood operations.This article examines the advantages and disadvantages of all types of perforations by using numerical modeling to study perforations in oil formations with varied thickness and proposes a new perforation method for injection-production wells.The new method emphasizes that perforations should avoid formation tops.The proportion of part of formations where perforations should not be con- ducted depends on the thickness of the formations.Perforation density for gas injectors should be correlated to the grading of permeability of pay zones and higher perforation density is necessary for poor pay zones that have communications with the pay zone which the producer targets.In other producers in a well cluster, denser perforation is also needed for the poor pay zones having communications with the perforated intervals of gas injection wells.
