摘要
研究了室温下304奥氏体不锈钢Φ5.5 mm盘条通过Φ160 mm二辊轧机经33.1%~68.0%压下量单道次无张力轧制的宽展规律。结果表明,宽展的变化受轧制过程中金属流动均匀程度的影响:当压下率Δh/h_0小于58.9%时,随变形量增加,宽展增加明显,拟合得到宽展计算公式W_1′=5.11(Δh/h_0)+4.92,当压下率大于58.9%时,变形较均匀,随压下量增加,宽展增加很小。
Rules of spread for 304 austenite stainless steel Ф5. 5 mm coil non-tension rolling by a Ф160 mm two-high mill at ambient with 33.1% - 68.0% reduction has been studied. Results showed that the change of spread was influenced by metal flow uniformity during rolling: as reduction △h/h0 was less than 58. 9%, with increasing reduction ratio, the spread increased obviously, the formula of spread W1' =5. 11 (△h/h0 ) +4. 92 was obtained and as the reduction was larger than 58.9%, with increasing reduction ratio, the spread increased a little due to more homogeneous deformation.
