摘要
通过在冷轧2Cr13钢带的后续热处理工艺中增加张力的方式来改善其带型缺陷,分析所加的张力对钢带力学性能的影响.研究发现,钢带承载的张力小于73.5 N时,试样的力学性能没有明显变化,同时所引入的张力可以有效降低钢带的侧弯、翘曲等缺陷,提高了钢带的平直度.
The influences of increasing the tension on eliminating the shape defect and the mechanical properties of the 2 Cr13 steel strip cold rolled during the continuous heat treatment were studied.It’s found that when the tension loaded on the steel strip was less than 73.5 N,the mechanical properties of the strip didn’t change obviously,and the tension could also reduce the lateral bending and warpage of the steel strip effectively,so as to improve the flatness of the steel strip.
