子宫内膜样腺癌组织GELSOLIN和BAG-1蛋白的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

Expressions of GELSOLIN and BAG-1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance

摘要 目的:通过分析GELSOLIN和BAG-1在不同子宫内膜组织中的表达及与各临床病理参数间的关系,探讨子宫内膜样腺癌发生、发展的分子生物学机制,为子宫内膜样腺癌的生物学特性的评定及靶向基因治疗提供参考指标。方法:采用SP法对100例不同子宫内膜组织进行两蛋白的检测,采用秩和检验及Spearman等级相关分析进行统计学处理。结果:1)GELSO-LIN的表达率N组高于A组(t=2.31,P=0.02)及E组(t=3.97,P=0.001);无淋巴结转移组高于有淋巴结转移组(χ2=4.809,P=0.03)、浸润深度<1/2肌层组高于≥1/2肌层组(χ2=10.647,P=0.001)。2)BAG-1的表达率N组低于A组(t=2.88,P=0.005)及E组(t=5.26,P=0.000 1);G1期组低于G2+G3期组(χ2=10.37,P=0.001 3)、无淋巴结转移组低于有淋巴结转移组(χ2=4.913,P=0.027)。3)GELSOLIN与BAG-1在肿瘤中的表达无相关性,P=0.534。结论:GELSOLIN表达降低或BAG-1的高表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的发生、发展有关;两蛋白的作用通路可能无交叉、互不影响。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the machinery of mo- lecular biology for endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and look for the markers for evaluating biological characters and gene thera- py. METHODS: The expressions of GELSOLIN and BAG-1 were examined among 100 cases of endometrioid tissues. The results were treated by Wilcoxon test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation analysis. RESULTS: 1) The positive rate of GELSOLIN was higher in N group than that in A group (t=2.31,P=0.02) and Egroup (t=3.97,P=0.001). There was a relationship between the expression of GELSOLIN and the lymph node metastasis (X2 =4. 809,P=0.03) and muscle invasive depth (X2 =10. 647,P=0. 001). 2)The positive rate of BAG-1 was lower in (N) than that in A group (t=2.88,P= 0. 005) and E group (t=5.26,P=0. 000 1). There was a rela- tionship between the expression of BAG-1 and the histological grade (X2=10.37,P=0.001 3) and lymph node metastasis, Xz=4. 913,P= 0. 027. 3)There was no relationship between the expression of GELSOLIN and BAG-1, P = 0. 534. CON- CLUSIONS: The expression loss of GELSOLIN or the increasing expression of BAG-1 can accelerate the generation and development of the endometrioid adenocarcinoma. GESOLIN and BAG-1 may have a function respectively in endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
