抗凋亡蛋白BAG-1在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与肿瘤分化的关系 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨抗凋亡蛋白BAG-1在子宫内膜癌(EC)中的表达及其与肿瘤分化的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测BAG-1在EC组织(n=38)及正常子宫内膜组织(n=20)中的表达情况。结果EC组BAG-1表达强于对照组(P<0.01)。在EC组内,中低分化癌BAG-1表达强于高分化癌(P<0.05)。结论抗凋亡蛋白BAG-1在子宫内膜癌中高表达,BAG-1在子宫内膜癌中的表达与肿瘤的分化相关。
