摘要
目的:探讨Bcl-2蛋白和Bag-1蛋白在正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌组织中的表达变化以及与宫颈癌临床病理特征之间的关系和临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,分别检测子宫肌瘤经手术切除的15例正常宫颈组织、45例宫颈癌组织标本中Bcl-2和Bag-1蛋白的表达。结果:Bag-1蛋白在正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌组织阳性表达率分别为7%、78%(P<0.05),Bcl-2蛋白在正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌组织阳性表达率分别为14%、69%(P<0.05)。在宫颈癌组织中,Bag-1表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),Bcl-2的表达与临床病理特征无关(P>0.05)。宫颈癌中Bag-1蛋白表达与Bcl-2蛋白表达呈正相关。结论:Bag-1、Bcl-2蛋白过表达对宫颈癌的发生、发展均起重要作用,Bag-1表达水平与宫颈癌的转移有关,可作为预测宫颈癌转移潜能的新的生物学指标。Bcl-2与Bag-1之间的抗凋亡作用呈正相关,两者在肿瘤发生、发展中的抗凋亡作用相互增强。
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of Bag-1,Bcl-2 and their relationship with clinicopathologic parameters in cervical carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical analysis was performed in 45 cervical carcinoma and 20 normal cervical tissues. Result: The positive expression rates of Bag-l in normal cervical tissues and cervical carcinoma were 7%,78% respectively (P<0.05) ,The positive expression rates of Bcl-2 in normal cervical tissues and cervical carcinoma were 14%,69%,respectively(P<0.05).A significant correlation was found between Bag-l high expression in cervical carcinoma and Lymph node metastasis. (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Bcl-2 was not related the pathologic grades,clinical types and Lymph node metastasis. (P>0.05). Bcl-2 protein expression was positive correlation with Bag-1 protein expression in cervical carcinoma . Conclusion: Bag-1 and Bcl-2 overexpression might play an important role in the occurance of cervical carcinoma. The expression levels of Bag-1 protein is related to the Lymph node metastasis and may be a new biomarker in predicting the potent invasion and the metastasis of cervical carcinoma . Bcl-2 and Bag-1 protein in the development of cervical carcinoma enhance each other .
